An investigation of the watercolor medium with a dynamic approach to contemporary methods.  A workshop for artists from beginning to experienced who want to explore new and free techniques with watercolor.  Through demonstrations, and one-on-one explanations, students will be encouraged to approach this medium in a bold, relentlessly pure and emotional way. Experiment with light and dark before color and creating a strong mood. Start new work, bring your own work to salvage/enhance, bring your own reference or use what is provided. Have an imaginative day of loose experimentation. Choose your favorite work to take one piece further or start another one. The last hour of the second day will be a discussion of the completed work.

Participants may stay for an optional additional 3 hours of studio time with Nadine (from 1 - 4) on Sunday for $27. Payment can be made on Sunday.
