COLORED PENCILS MADE EASY with Lorelle Bacon, APR 5th (10am to 4pm) 2025

$165.00

Saturday, April 5th - 10 AM to 4 PM- $145 - All materials included!

Colored pencils are an under-appreciated medium! If used correctly, they can even look like an oil painting, and are great for those of us that like to have control and realism in our art.

Students will learn about the best kind of pencils to use, and the kinds of papers you can use them on. We will be creating two small still life drawings - one will be to learn how to render cut glass (a valuable technique!) and the other one will be to learn to create the look of real metal.

No experience is necessary for this workshop. It is great for beginners through advance students. Lorelle is known for her patience and has taught thousands of students over the years. Bring a paper and pen for note taking.

This class seats 8 students.

Lorelle Bacon is a thrice nominated “Arts Educator of the Year”, and has been a working arts instructor for three decades. Working and teaching in numerous mediums, Lorelle is a fantastic all-rounder teacher. She has won numerous awards for her art, in both national and international competitions.
