Learning to mix your own greens is quite exciting, and it can be a wonderful and fun experience. It is Magic! Through the process of mixing, you will also develop a deeper understanding of the properties of the colors you are using. In this class, Linda will show you how to

• Mix a wide variety of beautiful greens from red, yellow, and blue (no green tubes of paint needed) as you paint a lovely landscape you will cherish.

• Create valuable color references as you paint your lovely landscape so you can easily find the greens you want again and again! With practice, you will know these mixes by heART!

By the end of the workshop, you will have created a loose landscape which will reflect what you learned as well as notes and references of what you mixed! Once you create your own sets of greens with a red, yellow and blue palette, you will never view (or even need) greens straight out of the tube in again!

This class seats 9 students.

A representational landscape painter, Linda Krupp holds a Masters, PhD and specialist degrees in Educational Leadership from the University of Florida.  Linda exhibits in galleries and shows and has won numerous local awards for her art.
