Registration and Refund Policy

Registration with full tuition will guarantee your reservation in classes and workshops. For cancellations less than 45 days before the workshop begins, tuition is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend on short notice we will relist your spot and attempt to fill your spot. Bear in mind it is often difficult to find a replacement close to the time of the class, however if we can fill your spot, you may transfer your tuition to another class with the same instructor with a transfer fee of $25 for classes under $250 and $35 for classes over $250 which will be deducted from your credit to cover admin costs and you will be allowed one transfer only. Before the 45 days, student will receive a 65% refund of full tuition paid or $50 to cover fees and admin costs (which ever is less) only in the event that class can be filled. No refunds will be given for no-shows or withdrawals after a workshop has begun regardless of the reason. If workshop is cancelled, students receive full refund.

If an inclement weather date for a class cannot be fufilled, the class will be rescheduled asap and credit will be held.
