In this fun, colorful, highly addictive, beginner workshop we will be creating some wonderful hand printed papers using Gelli plates and acrylics! We will explore lots of different methods to create color combinations, textures, and patterns.  These can be used in your art journals, collages, mixed media pieces, card making, stand a,one art and so much more! Gelli plate printing is a fantastic way to create a huge stash of decorative papers to use in your other works.

This class will also have many demos and, of course, more play time for you to create your own papers to take home. You should also pack a snack or lunch, as we will take a lunch break about half-way through.  All materials will be provided.

This class seats 9 students.

Robyn Crawford studied at Emerson College, Massachusetts College of Art, and Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Photographic Arts and Sciences. She has been a mixed media artist, photographer, teacher, and creativity coach for over 30 years and has exhibited work throughout the Carolinas.
