Join artist Lorelle Bacon for a fun and creative Watercolor workshop designed especially for beginners, from ages 16 and up!

In this class you will learn essential Watercolor techniques, including mixing colors in order to avoid muddy results and exploring how different amounts of water produce different effects in your paintings. No prior experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided - just sign up and show up ready to paint!

 Lorelle will guide you step-by-step as you create two small watercolor pieces that you will be proud to take home and display! Known for her patience and expertise, Lorelle brings over 30 years of teaching experience. This workshop emphasizes learning a lot in a short amount of time, making it a great introduction to watercolor painting for those eager to explore this medium. Even better, this is a fantastic ‘brush-up’ class for experienced painters wanting to revist foundation techniques.

Lorelle Bacon is a thrice nominated “Arts Educator of the Year”, and has been a working arts instructor for three decades. Working and teaching in numerous mediums, Lorelle is a fantastic all-rounder teacher. She has won numerous awards for her art, in both national and international competitions.
